Dick Kvamme: Co-owner, Manager, Journeyman Body Man, Metal Fabricator
Born and raised on a family farm in North Dakota, I learned the importance of commitment to successful completion of a task regardless of challenging obstacles.

I entered the automotive industry in 1971, learning paint and body repair in a Chevy Dealership. A major career opportunity opened in 1975 in Denver with a European car restoration shop which eventually developed into owning my own shop in 1979.

I moved to California in 1986, where I continued to hone my skills in automotive fabrication and body work and was honored to have completed the restoration of a 1937 Mercedes Benz which won "Best Restoration" at the Pebble Beach Concours d' Elegance.

Following fifteen additional years of experience in all types of restoration of European and American cars, I opened Best Of Show Coach Works with my long-time friend and fellow craftsman, Jon Lindstrom		  

 
Jon Lindstrom: Co-owner, Painter, Fiberglass Repair & Fabrication
Most of my life I've been a "car guy". I was always fascinated by hot rods, cars and trucks of one kind or another. This fascination turned into passion when I first saw a '62 Chevy Bubble-top "409" on the line against a '62 "406" Ford Galaxie.

I was born in Riverside, California in 1945, and lived all over the U.S. and many parts of the world by the time I reached adulthood.

Upon my return from VietNam, where I served in Military Intelligence, I moved to Denver in 1972 and began learning my craft as a Journeyman Body man, Painter and Fiberglass Fabricator in an auto restoration shop. By 1982 I owned my first restoration shop focusing on high performance and muscle cars.

Eventually I moved to California where I reunited with long-time friend Dick Kvamme and together we opened Best Of Show Coach Works In 2005.
